How do I access my digital product after purchase?

We provide our services through Podia.com. After purchasing, you can download products directly from your account created on Podia via our website Effectiveness Academy. The process is straightforward and designed to give you immediate access to what you've purchased. We encourage you to immediately download and save purchased products on your desktop, so you can start working on achieving your goals ASAP.

How is the price of your offerings determined and where to find it?

The price of each product is clearly stated on the product sales page- it is the final price (incl. tax), as well as, your purchase is final. You'll find all the information you need on the respective product sales pages before making a decision.

What payment methods are available?

Currently, we accept payments via credit cards issued by banks in the European Union and iDEAL payments (for the Netherlands and Belgium only).

We use Stripe to process payments. This means that we adhere to the highest security standards, ensuring that sensitive information like credit card numbers and bank account details is managed securely by Stripe and not stored by us.

We do not currently support ApplePay or GooglePay or payments via PayPal.

Can I get a refund if I'm not satisfied with the product?

Due to the fact that we sell digital products, all sales of any and all products are “final sale”. Therefore, there is no exchange and/or refund policy. Furthermore the reflection period does not apply.

What file formats are available?

Our products are either Excel files or PDF files (as stated on a product sales page of each product). Our printable files are optimized for printing in A4 format.

Can I share the product with others?

No, you can not.

We grant You a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Our Services/Products. You may use Our Product(s) only for Your personal, non-commercial use, unless You obtain Our written permission to otherwise use the Product(s). You also agree that You will access, and/or use only one User Account, unless expressly  permitted by Us, and You will not share access to Your User Account or access information for Your Account with any third party. Using Our Services/Product(s) does not give You the ownership of or any intellectual property rights in Our Services or the Product(s) You access for a fee paid through Our Website.

what if my product does not work?

Our products are carefully tested on Windows-based PCs before we release them. You should be able to open the files with the right software, like MS Excel, Open Excel, or Adobe Reader. However, if you modify the product file, it might stop working properly. To avoid this, please follow the instructions included in the product file and keep an original copy. If you need to download your product again, you can log in to your account at any time to do so. Also, make sure that your computer, devices, and internet connection are working correctly before you start using our product.

How long do I have access to the product?

After purchasing the product, you will immediately receive a link to download the file. Download the file and save it on your desktop. Afterwards, there are no time limits on how long you can use the file; however, product access might stop after a new version of this product has been released. We expect that you will like our products and use them on a daily basis. 

All of Our Products are digital products and are delivered digitally via the Website ONLY (no other delivery methods available). Delivery takes place automatically after purchase.

After successful payment, you are automatically granted access to the product. Unless otherwise stated, there is no physical mailing or specific delivery time.

In the unlikely event that We are unable to deliver a product immediately after purchase, We will notify You as soon as possible.

It is Your sole responsibility as Customer to verify that You have selected the correct product and provided correct personal data (such as but not limited to Your valid email address) before placing the order.

Do I need any special software or equipment to use the product?

Our products are either Excel files or PDF files (as stated on a product sales page of each product). You can open the files using the right software, e.g. Open Excel, MS Excel or Adobe Reader.

Please note that our products were developed and tested on computers running on Windows-operated systems.

How is my personal data handled?

We take your privacy seriously. All personal data is handled in compliance with local legal standards to ensure your information is safe and secure. Please check our Privacy Policy for more details.

Can I cancel or terminate my order?

Due to the nature of digital products, orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed. We encourage you to review your choice before purchasing, as the purchase is final. Please, check our Terms of Service (aka Terms and Conditions) for more details.

Where and when can you deliver, and who will be delivering?

Since our products are digital, delivery is almost instantaneous via Podia.com once your purchase is confirmed.

Are your products covered by a warranty, and do you offer a commercial warranty as well?

Digital products do not come with a warranty, and due to their nature, returns are not applicable. Our terms clearly outline these aspects to ensure transparency. Please, check our Terms of Service (aka Terms and Conditions) for more information.

Is there a legal reflection period for your products?

Our digital products do not qualify for a reflection period under legal terms. Once purchased, access is granted immediately, and returns are not possible. The sales are final.

How are complaints handled?

What are the costs associated with calling customer service?

Calls to our customer service are charged at standard local rates. Please check with your phone operator for exact pricing.
